We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Customisation and Risks

We specialise in performance car modifications, tuning, and repairs. Customers should be aware that modifications may alter your vehicle’s performance and may impact the manufacturer's warranty and insurance. It is your responsibility to inform your insurance provider of modifications to ensure coverage. We perform services in compliance with UK standards, but we cannot be held liable for any decrease in vehicle performance or safety if modifications are used outside recommended specifications or for competitive racing. All modifications are carried out at the customer's request and risk.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of SV Engineering Ltd. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Northampton, England. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
